These days we all know how important it is to have a healthy BMI (Body Mass Index) but just how many of us know how to calculate it for ourselves?

With the 66fit Anatomical Tape Measure it couldn’t be easier. Simply rotate the inner dial (height measurement) and align your height measurement with your weight measurement as it appears on the outer scale. The dial in the viewing window will now display a BMI reading and show exactly where that reading falls within the range of underweight right through to very obese.

Alternatively, use the tape measure to get the same results. Choose from the male or female side of the tape (see symbols) making sure that the correct side is facing outwards. Then wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your stomach.
